After they did the estimate I noticed they didn't mention the fog light not working, which it did before I hit the deer so I made the shop aware and a note was put on the file. After taking my vehicle in for repairs and getting it back and being told it would be fixed the fog light was still not working. So the whole was made aware and now I am waiting for a special order to make the repair.

I was able to communicate all questions I had about the process of repairs, and your staff was able to communicate with me where they were in the process. Communication is a priority for me. Your staff offered me a car to drive while mine was being repaired . This allowed me to get to an appointment I had with my Doctor, to get to the grocery store, and to take care of my dogs. They offered me a loaner car to drive while my car was in the shop. And I only was kindly requested to replace the degas I used. They called me to tell me how long they estimated it would take to repair my car. They called me when the car repair was finished and I could pick it up. All my interactions with them were courteous and helpful.
