The bumper is not installed properly, there are several scratches not repaired, the fog light is loose on the passenger side, the gasket on the driver side of the windshield is not installed properly. Not good at all.

The shop assured me that my car would be fixed properly. It was given back to me “fixed” with a bumper that obviously did not fit, a loose headlight, a windshield gasket that was loose and not reattached,, and multiple scratches from the deer that were not fixed.

Karch is always great! I keep going back because you’re always great. It was really nice that my oil change could get done the same time as my front end repairs. It’s not easy having to go to a repair shop multiple times with multiple infant children. Karch always makes it simple and it’s much appreciated! The staff is always insanely friendly!
