You kept me posted on the latest developments. When you knew that we were leaving town on Friday morning, January 17th, you made sure that the car was done the evening before so that I could pick it up at 7:30 AM on that Friday before we had to leave. The work looks great!

Everything went very well, and I realize that there was no way to tell that the job would take a couple of days more than originally planned until they got into the job and examined things more carefully. The only frustrating thing was that one of the parts was not delivered on time and they had to wait an extra day to get that part and complete the job. Overall, the folks at Karch seemed very conscientious about the work that they do.
