Customer service was above and beyond what I could expect. They even gave me the use of a loaner vehicle free of charge while I waited for the repairs. They were so nice! They handled all technical aspects of the claim for me so it was absolutely painless. The work looks beautiful. I expect to do more business there even though I never heard of them before being sent there by all-state. Thank you all-state and thank you Karch including, Gary, Nick, and Sarah!

They repair and repaint the door and it looks like brand new. But they also cause another wheels problem that the car may shake while driving.
