Actually a "10" for the quality of the repair. I had to subtract a couple of points for the time it took for the repair to be completed (19 days). I had a fender-bender; the car wasn't hit by a train.

Everyone at Karch was just as friendly and helpful as could be. However, I did receive a call from them on June 11, indicating that my car should be ready later that day, or early the following day. The car was completed two days later.
