I'm confident that the body work is fine though I can't really judge that. I also asked to have the problem of the icon on the dashboard checked because it shows low tire pressure although that was recently serviced. When I paid, I was assured that that service was done, but it was not. The dash light is still on. This is not critical since I will be having the car inspected soon. I just wanted to let you know. You are almost perfect.

Maybe if my friend/colleague isnt going through their insurance. Karch was very nice, and my car looks great, but it sounds like insurance was behind A LOT of the holdup-- unless that was an excuse.

Struggles with the right car parts taking a long time to get in is not my problem, no, it's that I was constantly being told my car would be ready on X-date and then wasn't. One day someone would say X-part just arrived, and my car would be ready by X-date. I would call on that date to check if my car was indeed ready, only for a different person to say that same part only just arrived that day, now car will be ready by new X-date. This cycle went on for a month. I would have appreciated a "we don't know what exact date that part is coming, but hopefully soon." rather than being lied to constantly.

Customer service needs to either be in better touch with the autobody shop about when parts are coming in, or stop lying and just say "I don't know, but I can look into that and get back to you." I communicated with a Karch representative by email when I had a question, or to request an update; then shortly before my car was finished, Karch started using something like an automated status update generator which sent me periodic emails to let me know where my car was in the repair process, although I was still able to email someone if I needed anything. I never felt as if they didn't want me to bother them.
