I communicated with a Karch representative by email when I had a question, or to request an update; then shortly before my car was finished, Karch started using something like an automated status update generator which sent me periodic emails to let me know where my car was in the repair process, although I was still able to email someone if I needed anything. I never felt as if they didn't want me to bother them.

I was surprised that my car was completely cleaned inside and out. I want to note that my tailgate alarm was sounding when I left. I was in a hurry for work so didn’t report it. We disconnected the battery cable at home which appeared to reset it and clear the alarm. I just want to note that in case we have to reach back out for help if this item returns. So far it is all good. Thanks
