Every person I met there was personable and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed we met the owner. He was fantastic. Wes is the nicest person ever. He was so patient. I didn’t know what I was doing and kind and the best part of all they kept you informed every day and they went above and beyond 100% I was amazed when I picked up my car. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the inside I mean, cleaned perfect I would use them in a heartbeat again. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Kercher Auto Body for giving me such a good experience and thank you West every time I called you you were patient and kind. I appreciate all of you. Crystal was so nice at the counter. She’s a very sweet person. Thank you to all of you job excellent excellent done.

They were very courteous and helpful. They were significantly less money than the auto dealership. And more prompt. They got me in and out much sooner than the dealership said they could. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Molly and the other front desk assistant were affable and informative. I was updated about all progress and regressive events. Car look beyond my expectations. I was very appreciative of the wash done to the car after repair as well. If I ever need any work done again I know where to go and would definitely reccomend people to this Karcher autobody repair shop
