Michael went above and beyond to provide service that met any expectation. The insurance company of the person who hit me was being as difficult as they could be- Michael was the complete opposite- working with them, setting up a rental car be at the Collison Center when I needed it. Bonus- the inside of my Durango has not been this clean since I drove it off the lot!! Karl- you have an excellent employee in Michael at Marshalltown, and he evidently has a crack team behind him!
