The collision reps were great. They updated me along the whole process and even gave me a ride to pickup my rental. They were very courteous and friendly to work with. My car break light was out after we took the car home and they had me bring it back for their technician to look at and took care of the issue right away. This is top tier service. I would recommend Karl's Collison service any day. Thank you guys for taking good care of us and the car. Plus their repair work is guaranteed!
