If it hadn’t been for the customer service provided by Mark Ferguson and the phone calls from Mitch, and my vehicle being washed and cleaned, I would not have given a rating of 10. When I got to the dealership that morning, three employees walked by me sitting in my vehicle and no one said a word to me. Mark went out of his way to help me out.

Not only did you do a amazing job with the repairs. But also detailed the whole vehicle. Looks absolutely beautiful. And it was done in a timely manner.
