I am so impressed with the extra care and outstanding service I received at Karl Collision Center in Webster City. Mark communicated with me the entire time, finished the repair on time, and did an expert job of cleaning and detailing my car! It hasn’t looked this great since I drove it off the lot 5 years ago. They did go out of their way to come get it & give us a loaner over the holiday weekend. Mitch was good to work with, also updating us, etc. When picking it up,, the interior was dusty & not clean. Some had been such as the floor mats. The dash & vents had sander /fine dust on it. It was not as clean as when it arrived.The seats should have been vacuumed too. Could see much more as we drove it outside in the sun. I will have to detail it or pay to detail it. Thank you !
