hail dents fo most part very good, about 3 have to have more attention, not lot of small scratches that were not there, bringing back next week to see if they can be buffed out.

Well first off I am satisfied with the quality work that was done on my vehicle. But on the other side of the story I understand they need more help in that department to make things go smoother and that way people would'nt upset when there vechiles is'nt done when they say it will be done.

After my wife hit a deer, Karl's Collision Center got our Acadia in their shop within a few days. I received texts every other day updating me on the progress of the repair. It was completed very quickly and looks like there was no accident. They worked with insurance company and made it all a seamless and very easy process. Communication with Allison was very easy and thorough as well as the repair.
