Allison was very professional and conscientious. She kept us informed the entire time the car was in the shop. The repair was beautifully done and the inside of the car was professionally detailed. Getting rental car situation figured out was somewhat difficult, but Tony was nice enough to work with Enterprise to shuttle vehicles around and have my rental delivered to my work. Ease of rental car scheduling and pick up/drop off could be improved.
