The engine light turn on the same day after picking it up. I tried to called ans it was closed already. And it’ll be close the whole weekend so now I have to wait till Monday to take the car again to be checked.

Car was return with an engine light on, oxygen sensor damaged. No one wants to take responsibility, this even warned about when picking up the car. The car was in perfect condition when it was left there before the repair.

They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle which kept me from wondering when it would be finished. They trouble shot an issue with my vehicle that I was unaware of and fixed it. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair work performed on my vehicle by Kearny Collision. The entire service was outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations. My wife initially noticed that the seatbelt warning light turned back on after we picked up the vehicle. However, this minor issue was promptly addressed by the owner, Mr. Scott, in a very professional and courteous manner. Not only did he resolve the problem immediately, but he also provided reassurance and a guarantee for the work. Scott kindly suggested that the seatbelt may not have been clicked in properly, but he treated the situation with great respect and made it clear that if the issue ever returned, my wife could bring the vehicle back at no extra cost. Since then, the problem has not occurred again, which shows the care and expertise Scott puts into his work. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the excellent service, the professionalism, and the customer care provided by Kearny Collision and Mr. Scott. I highly recommend them.
