Alex made my experience a very calming one. They reassured me of the things that would be done and I was updated throughout. I had to take public transportation the day I dropped it off and it poured down rain. Alex offered to dropped me first. A good reminder of when businesses, supported the communities in which their businesses thrived. Everybody knew where to send customers, because we all had great experiences. I Thank them very much!
