Alex made my experience a very calming one. They reassured me of the things that would be done and I was updated throughout. I had to take public transportation the day I dropped it off and it poured down rain. Alex offered to dropped me first. A good reminder of when businesses, supported the communities in which their businesses thrived. Everybody knew where to send customers, because we all had great experiences. I Thank them very much!

Kedzie Auto Body Shop since they went above and beyond in repairing my truck. My vehicle is a 2005 Toyota 4Runner that looks brand new, as if I bought it from a car dealership, and they performed a fantastic job fixing it both inside and out. I like how they employ a "text messaging system" to keep you informed about your vehicle when you pick it up or while it's being repaired. They'll also call to keep you posted about the car
