I am very happy with their quality of work and they were constantly updating with the progress on ever Tuesday and Thursday. Rhonda did excellent job in keeping the car repair work updated. Whereas Jonathan was very accommodative in scheduling. And Monica worked nicely for giving me the right estimate. Over all they were excellent people.

At this point due to many communication challenges, I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Kelly body shop. Communication with insurance was poorly done. Completion of work in a timely manner was poorly accomplished. The manager I spoke with tried to tell me I didn’t have damage to my car that they chose to fix. Insulting a person’s integrity and honesty is not a great way to do business.

When finally complete, the work was excellent. However, I came to pick up the car a total of three times because everything was not complete.

Communication was lacking . It took 4 plus months to get parts which I understood, but weekly communication along the way would have been helpful. Also, very difficult to get a return call or email.

They were very easy to work with! They were efficient and quoted higher than the actual price, and shorter than the length of time. It was a great experience!

Still waiting on a call to get it fixed. Had the truck in once and got it back not fully fixed then while it was there sitting in the lot the truck got damaged by another vehicle in the door. No follow up as to when it’s supposed to be fixed, will probably contact insurance and see where else we can take it.
