Jessi and Brian were as friendly and professional as John is in the service department. We've taken our cars to John for years and highly recommend him to others. Now, we will do the same for the body shop side of the business. Kelly's quote was cheaper, they were happy to deal with the insurance claim, communicated with me along the way, and met & exceeded our expectations. The car looks great!
