I had planned to get my car (an overdue) detail before my accident happened and was very grateful that my car was cleaned while at the shop! Jesse was patient with me, I had called a few times to check in because communicating between insurance companies was difficult and it was my first accident in over a decade. Gentleman Jesse was extremely accommodating, professional and quite pleasant! I, too, would like to share that the professionals took a great deal of pride repairing my Honda Civic 2014. However, I only met the Adjuster, I think that accessed the rear end damages. He, too, very focused !
