My car took about 2.5 weeks longer than originally anticipated. IT worked out well for the repair shop that I happened to be in Seattle for 2 weeks AFTER it was supposed to be done. I got very few updates, and at one point a brand new battery was put in my car without my prior authorization. I will give credit back to the shop though because they made it right and didn't charge me for the battery after they couldn't find my old one to put back. So, though it wasn't a perfect experience, I was grateful they did the right thing in the end.

Excellent work, done very quickly. I received my car in half the time that was promised, and the work was pristine! I highly recommend this place, over big shops that will leave your car on the lot for weeks before getting to it!
