When something happens to your brand new vehicle, it is upsetting. Kemna was very understanding and did everything they could to take care of me and my car efficiently and perfectly. Communication was continuous and open. Part delays slowed down the process, but I knew about this very early in the process so I could plan next steps. Thank you so much for making this experience the best it could be. I will recommend you to everyone who needs their vehicle restored after an accident.

Greg, Kristi and Staff were extremely thorough during the estimate process this past Spring and kept me updated at all points during the repair process. My SUV was ready for pickup a day early (an extra bonus before the holiday weekend) and, to my surprise, had been detailed from the inside and out. I can't recommend this auto body shop enough!
