I was overwhelmed because they walked me with the situation with the accident from the beginning to end. The accident was on 12/21/25 and I got my truck done on 3/18 the same day the judge diminished the ticket. They made it look like new and cleaned it inside and out. Margie and Mike made me feel like family.

First and foremost I want to thank the entire kempsville Body shop team. From drop off to pickup, the team delivered a superior customer service experience. First class in quality of work, and genuinely cared about the repair. Even going above and beyond with ensuring the rental company offered a vehicle that would fit a family of 5. Very few places deliver this type of overall experience. It’s a small shop but don’t let that fool you. They deliver big.
