The advisor who assisted me, Hannah, was friendly and professional. She kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my car throughout the time it was at the shop. When I got it back, there was still a small issue and she got it corrected at the same day within a couple of hours. I am very pleased overall with the service I received from the body shop
