I feel like this part should have been covered under the roof rack recall as it was the same technology that failed (those plastic white clips) but I know that comes from HQ and not you guys.

I ordered genuine Ford parts (towing mirrors) from the parts department and attempted to have them installed- had questions on what functions the mirrors had that no one seems to be able to answer. When I was told me my truck was ready for pick up, I tested the mirrors power before leaving and they only worked in 2 of 4 directions. i was then told that’s as good as it gets and mirrors are just a problem in general so I asked they put my old mirrors back on and returned the ones I ordered . To be clear I asked that the originals mirrors be RE-installed as I didn’t want mirrors that did not function on my brand new vehicle . It was just a huge waste of time, I waited over a month for mirrors to come in and at least a month for an appointment to get them installed and didn’t have a vehicle for a full work day. I will say your staff is super friendly though , I think they were as nice and they could be in this situation.

When I went to pick up my car, only 50% of the car had been worked on. I’m also still finding scratches that were meant to be fixed since I picked it up and haven’t had time to go back and have them finish. The repair cost a little over $2200, so it’s frustrating that the work wasn’t completed.
