Huge thank you to Becky at Bozeman Ford Body Shop in Bozeman. As a college student, she was so helpful guiding me and letting me know what I needed to do in order to get my car repaired. A very long story going to make it short . Was to have new backup cameras installed . The installed them. I picked my car up on Friday parked it and never back up to see if they worked . Saturday I backed out of carport . Camera worked alright but the guide lines that are to be visible were not visible . Waited until Monday to call : they will try and get them done on Wednesday ! This is the third trip to the dealership to get the cameras to work . That Is why you got a 5 !!!

Repair was done in a timely matter. It would have been nice to speak to someone at the front desk. Three times I came in and no one was there. I did appreciate the cleaning of my car.
