I won’t know how good the repairs are till I use the car for sometime. It was a huge hassle due to the delay form original estimate of 14 days to 31 days. Good you kept me informed, but it was still inexcusable. Insurance refused to replace my front windshield, but no one bothered to tell me till I checked on the status 2 weeks later. It took 10 days to replace the windshield which on any given day I could have got done in less than a couple of hours. My previous repairs with you were never like this.
