We were on our way to vacation when a piece of metal flew off a vehicle on the turnpike and hit our vehicle. Kenny Ross looked at it on short notice, got it to the collision side for instance eval and repair and communicated on the status all while we were on vacation. We ended up in a rental and were still able to enjoy vacation. A large part was due to their great service.
