Mechanical work was not performed and collision center was not interested in pursuing when it was identified that the evaluation did not make sense. Body shop indicated the support structured needed to be replaced until it could not be easily located. Then it was easily repaired.

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT MELISSA IS WONDERFUL. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, KIND, AND PATIENT. SHE HELPED ME WITH ALL MY NEEDS WHEN BRINGING MY TRUCK IN AND AFTER IT WAS THERE. NEXT JUSTIN THE MANAGER IS FABULOUS. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, AND KEPT ME POSTED OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS HAPPENING WITH MY TRUCK PRIOR TO BRINGING IT IN AND AFTER IT WAS THERE. I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE FOUND PEOPLE THESE DAYS THAT TREAT THE CUSTOMER GOOD.

Just wished they would have called b4 closing since Enterprise charged me for the extra calendar day; otherwise service personnel & repairs were superb. Now waiting to hear if Nationwide makes the appropriate adjustments since my estimate allotted me $50 car rental per day.
