When I got the car back, I couldn't even tell what they had to repair ... the car looked brand new. The service is not only professional, but the guys are friendly and the text kept me informed as to the progress. With the way things are in our world right now, the "unknown of when they can get supplies", these guys were/are excellent. Hopefully I won't need them in the future, but if something happens to the car ... I'll be back. 😊😁👍

When I came in I was really upset from the accident (I hit a deer). Jake and his crew showed me what had to be repaired and came back with the estimate right away. They reassured me that they would take care of everything! And they did. I had weekly updates and the car was completed when they said it would be. Beautiful job! Really nice people!

Came into town on vacation. Hit a deer in southern Ohio. Ken’s went beyond expectations and were able to order and replace the driver side mirror so it was easier to return to Florida. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
