Couldn't pick it up the first time due to the mirror still busted and a bad noise from the front end. When I got it home I found all 14 bolts to the bumper were not tight

My car was in the shop for 3 months. It was very hard to get in contact with anyone. The receptionist didn’t want to take messages and I couldn’t even leave a voicemail until the last 2 weeks. I understand that things happen that can’t be controlled but I would have greatly appreciated someone being in touch with me or that I could have contacted easier. If I had known in advance that my car would sit for 6 weeks to 2 months before it was worked on, I would have kept it until then. It was drivable.

Kentucky Collision Center did a fantastic job in repairing my car. They had the repairs done two weeks in advance of the expected time of repairs. Besides the repairs to my vehicle, their customer services representatives were delightful to work with!
