The car is gorgeous, and the process wasn't horrifying. There was a slight hiccup with the automated texting system telling me my repair was further out, but when I called in, I got nothing but helpful, friendly people every time. Even the checkout was wonderful. I don't know what I expected, because you all blew me away at every opportunity. Excellent work all around. While I hope I don't ever NEED to use your services, I definitely won't hesitate to use you again and recommend you every chance I can. Good service seems to be rare these days - thanks for setting the bar.

Staff are very courteous and knowledgable! Jenny is an excellent front desk person. The estimated completion was 30 days and they finished it in two weeks. Tesla’s part came in late if not they are done in 1.5 weeks. Windshield change, trunk and passenger side rear panel body works were done in my car from damages cause by a tree fell on it. 10/10 satisfied

The car looks great!! Very happy with the repairs. The only thing I’d say is when I brought it in for estimate, I scheduled an appointment. When I brought it in for that appointment, they didn’t have it on their books and had closed the estimate. I don’t know if it would have been a faster repair if they hadn’t messed that up. Communication was great once they started working on it!!
