I had a great experience at Kenwood Auto Body. The guys are so friendly and knowledgeable. I was sad that you guys finished so fast. It was raining when I got my car and couldn't see the SHINE until I got it home & dry. I wanted to show it off 😍 Thanks for everything guys ❤

I relied on USAA for a referral to a body shop, because I trust them explicitly. The experience was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant, the work was done quickly and beautifully. It is a new car, and I was very, very pleased! Hopefully, I will never need your services, again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back nor would I hesitate to refer anyone who needed bodywork. Stan did non-approved work and asked me to pay for it. He also asked me twice to give Kenwood 10 stars if I get a customer survey. This feels sales-y and sleazy. Your body work is good but your wraparound customer service is unsavory.
