Repairs look to be fine, car nicely detailed when I picked it up.....the process was too long ..I dropped my car off on October 5th...I picked it up today (October 25)... In my opinion the repair took too long ... overall pleasant staff and nice waiting area for customers.

Received the car with window sunshade clips that were not broken when I dropped the car off...the replacement clips were installed backwards and were epoxied in...took the car back to complain and the service person said he would take care of it...have not heard back from him....I don't know how the shade clips were broken at the shop...no explanation

I love that they contacted me throughout the process to give me up to date status on the progress of the pair. The front desk staff are very friendly and contacted Enterprise to arrange for the pick up and drop off of my rental. Also, they returned my car in very clean condition. I would definitely use them again if needed.
