Carla Perez did an excellent job with customer relations. She was very informative when proving me with text and telephone status reports on my vehicle repair. Upon pickup I noticed a small scratch on the vehicle door and Technician Roland was quick to fix the scratch and it was no long present. It took less than 5 minutes. I was very pleased with Kenwood’s service, I hope I never have to use them again, lol.
