when I dropped my car off to be repaired you people make plans with me to pick up my car at 5 o'clock on Wednesday how in the world did you ever expect me to pick my car up at 5 o'clock when you close at 5 o'clock somebody please explain that one to me also you kept emailing me telling me how close my car was to being repaired and when it came time Wednesday at 5 o'clock not one message from you people to tell me that my car was not ready you got to explain that one to me also you can send me any emails nothing just went silent and my last comment the car looks absolutely beautiful amazing well worth the lunacy tell the guys at the shop they do nice work and its very appreciated okay good luck Kirk out

The service and people were great. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my only complaint was that there was no organization or flow and I didn't know who I supposed to talk to or where to stand. Everything else was great!
