Again, the work done was great but the experience with customer service was bad enough not to recommend this company to anyone or to return again in the future.

Would leave messages with no returned phone call. When I would finally get a return call back it seemed there was always an excuse…”we had someone quit on us” “I had a family emergency” etc.

Very happy with the staff who works at kerrville Auto Body, they focused on their customers and their con concerns. I’m very pleased with the work they did to my vehicle. Such such good people, they treated me nicely and they did a good job. No complains.

They're a good company and do great 👍 work. Only takes a little to long for parts to arrive and finish the job. Communication with the customers could be better as well. ( I do understand that people have been out with Covid) so , I was understanding.
