I was told a projected date being 4 to 5 days out and it ended up being two and a half weeks. When I got the car back I ended up breaking down on the side of the road twice. They towed it to the dealership. Once it got to the dealership it sat there for two days because no one had started on it because Kerry’s didn’t call to say why it was there. But we had also told the dealership about it and they didn’t have the communication either. We found out the radiator hose came unconnected which thankfully it didn’t cause any engine damage. But during the time it was at the dealership the body shop did not contact my insurance company to reopen the claim so I could get a rental car. Overall, the body looks amazing but the lack of communication and the hose being lose was not ideal at all.

I can see swirls in the paint they had to do. And I can tell the difference in the new paint job verses factory paint. My car is barely 2 years old. I was hoping they would make it match as best as possible. But over all the damage repair was good.
