I was very pleased with the work performed on my car. It was exactly like new after the damage was repaired by you. I was disappointed in the customer updating. I never heard anything from the time my vehicle was dropped off until I called a week later. I was supposed to receive updates twice per week. I called repeatedly to find out what was going on and sometimes the person I spoke to didn’t have any info. Particularly I was not informed my bill would be $600 more than the estimate until I came to pick it up and pay. I found this unacceptable customer relations. Although you do great work, that part of the business needs improvement. That said, I would probably use your service again with the hope that you would remedy that part.
