A couple of months ago my car was side swiped while parked outside my house. The at fault drivers insurance gave me a couple places to choose from to have the work done. I picked Key Collison based on their location. My first impression of Key came when I was still on the phone with the insurance company sorting out the details of the rental car and I get a call on the other line and it was Key already reaching out to me because they just received the email. I was impressed. I was offered an immediate appointment. Dropping off my car and picking up the rental was a piece of cake too because they scheduled the appointment with Enterprise to meet me at the time of my appointment. I was in and out in 15min if that. From there on out I was provided with frequent updates via text. No need to play phone tag. Once the estimate was complete it was sent to me to verify. Pick up was even easier. I just walked in and swapped keys. It was that easy. I have never had a better experience having work done on any vehicle. Thank you for great work and great service.

Exceptional repair, looks like new. The only issue was lack of communication regarding completion date. Was given a specific date when dropping the car off, but no word when that day arrived. Called the following morning and was told it would take a fee days longer. Would have appreciated an update when this change was made. Otherwise, their actual body work is outstanding; would definitely recommend.

The repair is great, but they took a part out from our car during the repair and have not returned or replaced it, despite multiple calls and an in person visit

Confirming that I am not satisfied with today’s pickup. Bumper and hood are visibly off, not professional work by any standard. We both took photos. I know you’re following up Monday about parts, but I need this actually fixed and I’m disappointed with how the car was handed back today.
