I work for key so I didn't think I should have don't the survey. But I have used Key Collison years ago in Rochester. I recommend if someone needs work I give both locations. I felt that work that was done is amazing and the people are great top work with 100%. this time I used Key Collison in Portsmouth because it's close to where I work. once again I was not disappointed amazing work. thank you

Repairs took longer than expected due to parts being incorrect or sent to the wrong facility. However, they kept me updated almost daily. Very professional and would recommend.

Overall, the service has been great and the repairs were both timely and well done. I am a little concerned with the rain guards on my front door collecting rain water, but so far it has not caused any issue and it could just be because they are new.
