they repair was supposed to take a week to week in a half…they were finished within a week! my Grandmother’s car came out amazing! she was so happy! they also briefly cleaned her car, & filled her washer fluid…I highly recommend Key Collision of Salem! my family has found our new body shop ☺️

The professional service i received at Key collision was outstanding, from customer service, any questions answered,set up all insurance , rental car ,return of rental, and the body work done to car, it looked like i just drove it off car lot "new" they keep you well informed of every step . I highly recommend this company. Very down to earth friendly..

I was completely pleased with the service, starting with customer service,thestaff was knowledgeable to answer all question in regards to rental ,set up of rental, return, then walked with myself to car ,answered my question about insurance, repair time, procedures , returned text messages with up dates, work was then completed at an exceptional period of time. Car looked like it came off dealership lot, shiny and clean in and outside. I highly recommend this place of business,

There's a run in the paint near the rear door handle they painted, fibers stuck to the painted surface and the bump guard on the edge of the door is loose.

Great experience start to finish. Had a couple minor issues after I picked up the truck but Duane, I believe he’s the manager, addressed them immediately. Highly recommend!!

They appeared to be a minor situation where my brake pad warning light went on. We checked the brake pads and they are all fine with plenty of thickness I had read that if you replace a bumper, sometimes it can have an effect on the brake warning light I had called to ask about this, but was told I probably needed new brake pads, which is not the case If the warning light continues to come on, I would like to have someone look at it from Key Collision
