Sometimes it was hard to get in touch with somebody; when pages weren't answered, I would sit on the line in silence for minutes at a time; it would be nice to be able to leave a message; also, the whole process took longer than expected, although I know weather and needing two supplements impacted that; it would have been nice to only need one supplement to have cut down on time some.

2 concerns 1 is the rear bumper has a plastic piece that does not lay flat and flush on he left side 2 is the rattling from underneath when accelerating was not repaired
