In my experience with king's automotive they were dishonest and avoided calling me back when they said they would and ripped me off for 3000 by putting a bad engine in my truck that they got me and then was like oh yeah you're gonna have to pay us more labor to remove this bad engine that we purchased for you even though you never got your truck back from us, it's your fault not ours. If the truck didn't belong to my deceased father I would have told them to keep it instead of letting them rob me for $3000 but it has sentimental value so I got robbed by king's automotive in Ashland city Tennessee.

Over charged for labor. Approved work to be done at 11:09 Received call at 1:50 stating ready That's 2.5 hrs labor Billed 4 hrs Called and mechanic said if it only took an hour to fix, I would still have to pay for 4 hours. That's B.S ! Never again
