This was my second time to use King Collision. They are the best! Better than Mercedes of Knoxville which I was unsatisfied with. King does an excellant job and everyone there that I have come into contact wirh has been super nice. They are honest and rhey stand by their work

Our insurance carrier and King could not negotiate so the car had to be towed to another repair shop creating a delay. This delay has created problems for the company who needed the van for employees who make service calls.

Communication and courtesy cost a shop nothing, yet King Collision still failed to provide them. There is no shortage of auto body shops. I will certainly take my business elsewhere in future.

Came in as instructed to pickup car; was told it would not be released due to technicalities between shop and insurance. Was made to wait ~20 min while that was sorted. Car battery was dead and had to be jumped. Staff were disrespectful and unapologetic, blaming me despite having had custody of the vehicle for a month. Was late to work as a result.
