Never in my life

Car was not cleaned inside. Had to professionally have it detailed after pickup. They also accused me of not paying the deductible.

For body work I most certainly would.

I would have given a higher score if I had known that King's only does body work and not other automotive repair work. The front bumper and headlights that were replaced look great. Unfortunately, the issue with the driver side front wheel area is still making a noise. I mentioned it at the time of dropping off the vehicle.

The staff were professional and helpful. I just wish I had been told when mentioning the issue with the noise coming from the drivers side front wheel that King's doesn't do general automotive repairs.

I have nothing to compare them to. The work was great. Customer service was adequate. Two weeks seemed a long time for the job. Would suggest seeking quotes and references only because I'm not familiar with costs.

Kings collision did an excellent job repairing our car, they kept us informed on the progress and completed it in a timely fashion. It is the second time we have needed their service, both times we were very pleased.

They are very good and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.
