Why I gave King collision a seven is because noticing that my hood was replaced with a remanufactured hood that the steel is not as strong as the factory hood is. And I’m missing two tow hook covers on the lower part of my bumper, but other than that the paint job looks great. But I will still go back to them because good service is still hard to find and they deserve a second chance.

The vehicle is great and the staff is very friendly. Only thing I wish they did better would be communicate what is happening with the repair process. I had to reach out to them for updates.
