It was a joke how much effort it took for me to get updates on my repair progress. I think was contacted only once without me making the call. Even then, I would leave a message, and wouldn't get a call back. Sorry guys, but thought it must have been a busy shop with a big department. When I finally saw it, it was only 1 small room with 3 desks right next to each other. Not sure why it was so hard to pass along a message to call back a customer. Very disappointing.

If I were to sell this car, and the buyer were to ask me "Has this car been in an accident, I would probably say "NO". Not really, but your repairs were so good, I think I could get away with it.

Paint color match was perfect. The smoothness of the paint wasn’t. Also there’s a very small blob of paint on bumper.

I was very happy with the way everything was handled when I got my car back it was cleaned I didn’t expect that that was those really nice I think you guys are are excellent I’ve taken my car there before for oil changes and things like that upkeep and now the collision centers is just outstanding also as long as I live here I’ll have to get my car fixed I’ll be going to Kirby hopefully for anything but a collision
