The only reason I didn’t give this a 10 rating is I need to return to the shop as there is an area that either has to be rubbed with rubbing compound or sanded and repainted. With a 14-month-old baby, time is limited to get it back to the shop. The guys were extremely professional and friendly. Mike kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and let me know that we were on track as the original timeframe was indicated. Other than having to return to the shop I have no complaints.

After the past year of delays, shipping problems, a global pandemic and so forth… it is hard to get the parts needed. Mike stepped up and handled the situation as much as possible. He stayed on top of letting me know what was happening, when it was happening and he also made sure the vehicle was cleaner than it was when I brought it to him. I could not imagine better service and as thankful my company gave me this lead. I’ve dealt with other collision centers and there are a lot of small attributes that tend to leave the afflicted person who has just endured a mild to severe traffic incident, wanting to just get past the issue and move on with life. Hey Kirby Body Shop: give Mike Carrillo a raise. If you want you customers to be treated with dignity, respect and feel like they have been thoroughly listened to and want to witness excellent service… this is the guy. Thank you, man. Truck is in awesome shape.
