It took too long and still they didn't fix it correctly. They didn't attach everything back as they should so the truck still isn't complete to me.

Never, not from what I went through they had my truck almost a whole month and for them to not do anything and treat me like I had no feelings especially the place where I picked my truck up from. I wouldn't send my worst enemies to them the way the treated me.

I acknowledge the it took awhile to get the parts, the vehicle was in the shop for over 2 months but when my pathfinder was ready for pick up, my husband went over it & there were many things that needed to be fixed. We had to take it back. They never returned our calls and 2 weeks after we picked it up , we got a text saying our vehicle was ready for pick up. I feel that the insurance adjuster somewhat dropped the ball also. We will never bring a vehicle to Kirk & not recommend
